HALABOS NA HIPON (FRIED SHRIMP)



~INGREDIENTS

1 pound (454 g) large shrimp (cleaned) shell on
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil





~METHODS

1. Put shrimps, water and salt in a saucepan.

2. Cover and bring to a boil.

3. Stir once in a while and chef for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain.

4. In a skillet, heat oil.

5. Saute shrimps until coated with oil.

6. Serve with salted vinegar
