Adobo duo chicken and pork recipe


Ingredients

chicken adobo
1 kilo chicken
200 ml soy sauce
250 ml vinegar
5 pcs payleaf
5 grams peppercorn
100 grams garlic
100 ml water
pork adobo
1 kilo pork
350 ml vinegar
5 pcs payleaf
5 grams peppercorn
100 grams garlic
100 ml water
adobo duo
70 grams chicken adobo
70 grams pork adobo
1 hardboiled egg
100 grams kangkong
1 cup garlic rice

Procedure

Chicken Adobo
1. Place all ingredients to a pot then braise chicken until tender.
2. Strain and reduce the remaining braising liquid until 1/4 cup
remains.
3. Fry chicken in a pan until brown.
4. Put back chicken in the sauce and set aside.
Pork Adobo
1. Place all ingredients to a pot then braise pork until tender.
2. Strain and set aside.
Fry pork until brown, set aside.
Adobo Duo
1. Arrange rice on the bottom of plate.
2. Place boiled kangkong and egg on top of rice.
3. Arrange the chicken adobo, place pork adobo on top.
4. Drizzle chicken adobo sauce around the plate then serve.
