Ingredients:
2 lbs pork chops
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking procedure:
1. Arrange the pork chops in the slow cooker.
2. Add the other ingredients and stir a little bit to distribute.
3. Turn-on the slow cooker to low heat settings and cook for 6 to 7 hours.
4. Remove from the slow cooker and transfer to a serving plate.
5. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
