Chorizo pasta recipe


Ingredients

300 grams penne pasta
3 tablespoon olive oil
5 cloves garlic minced
1 medium onion chopped
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 msg or vetsin
6 pieces medium tomatoes
2 bell pepper(red and green)
4 pieces chorizo cut into slant
2 stalks of celery

Directions

1. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions or cook atleast 10 to 15 minutes or until the pasta cook.(Put salt and oil to the boiling water)
2. Drain the pasta from casserole then set aside.
3. In a hot pan put-in olive oil, then add garlic and onion until brown, then add the chorizo, stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the tomatoes, msg, salt, and pepper to taste.
5. Add greeen and red bell pepper, celery and mix together then add the cook penne pasta. Cook for about 2-5 minutes, stir well. (just add salt to your taste preference)
6. Remove from heat then serve hot with garlic toast bread.
