Ingredients:
7 pcs eggs
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pc small onion, chopped
1 pouch (115 g) DEL MONTE Filipino Style Tomato Sauce
1-1/2 cups water
1/2 pc chicken bouillon cube
100 grams potatoes, sliced
1/4 cup cooked/frozen green peas
1 pc small red bell pepper, cut into cubes
Procedure:
1. COOK 6 pieces eggs until hard boiled. Cut each egg lengthwise into two.
2. Beat remaining egg. Set aside.
3. SAUTÉ garlic and onion in oil. Add chicken cube, DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce, water and potatoes.
4. Season with 1 tsp soy sauce, 1/4 tsp iodized fine salt (or ¾ tsp iodized rock salt) and 1/8 tsp pepper.
5. Simmer for 10 minutes.
6. ADD green peas, bell peppers and beaten eggs.
7. Simmer while stirring for 2 minutes, or until cooked. Add boiled eggs.
