Ingredients:
Pork adobo, divided or cut into small pieces
cooking oil
2 eggs, beaten
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc chorizo/chinese sausage, cubed
1/2 cup carrots, cubed
1/2 cup green peas
3 cups cooked white rice
1/2 tsp garlic salt
green onions (optional)
Procedure:
1. Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a wok.
2. Fry the beaten egg. Remove from pan and divide into small pieces.
3. Add a small amount of cooking oil and saute the garlic.
4. Add the chorizo, carrots, and green peas. Cook for 2 minutes.
5. Add the rice and mix well. Cook for 3 minutes.
6. Add the pork adobo and garlic salt. Cook for few minutes.
7. Transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy!
