Fried rice with ham and hotdog recipe


Ingredients

3 cups leftover rice
2 pcs. medium chicken hotdog (cut diagonally)
3 pcs. ham (sweet or salty) cut into strips
1/4 cup mix vegetables( carrot cubes, corn, and green peas)
1 small onions chopped thinly
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon oil
2 stem spring onions
1 teaspoon liquid seasoning (optional)
1/8 msg.
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 pcs. egg beaten

Directions

1. Heat a wok or frying pan and add 2 tablespoons oil. When the oil is hot add garlic onions until it browned.
2. Add the ham, chicken hotdog about 2 minutes, then add rice, salt, msg, liquid seasoning, mix vegetables stir well.
3. Add the beaten egg, stir well until the egg cooked.
4. Lastly add the spring, removed from heat. Ready to serve.
